Confirm the agreed service
Check your order or quote for delivery arrangements, installation scope and charges. Direct delivery and a later installation visit should be treated as separate appointments unless a coordinated arrangement has been confirmed.
Check access and parking
Provide accurate information about stairs, lifts, doorway sizes, parking and unloading restrictions. Tell us about restricted working hours or any building access requirements before the appointment is arranged.
Prepare the room
Clear the agreed access route and working area. Arrange space for the delivered furniture and packaging. Keep people and pets clear of the installation area while work is taking place.
Arrange a contact on the day
Make sure the agreed contact can answer delivery queries and provide access. Keep the order reference and service details available. Tell REG promptly if your contact information or arrangements change.
Check items and retain useful details
Check the delivered items against the delivery information. If something appears damaged or incomplete, contact REG with the order number and details. Photos of the item, labels and packaging can help resolve the issue.
